New Year, New You?

The New Year is a natural time to make important changes, it’s the perfect opportunity to press the “reset” button.

This year, rather than struggling to keep them up past January I’ve decided to make small changes, small efforts that will build to produce great results over time (at least that’s the plan).

I really hope compounding and having a long-term perspective on my goals for 2017 will help me carry my resolutions to 2018 not just to January 31st!

It’s all starting…

…and I couldn’t be happier. Who’d have thought a recommendation from a friend would change my life and end up with me owning my own business, working for myself, I never would have!?

Sharing Kinesiology with people makes me smile I love their reactions to this wonderful holistic alternative therapy. It’s often very different to anything they have experienced before and like everything it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, however, for many (not all) it does have an effect after the first treatment. I now believe there really is no reason why anyone should live feeling anything less than their best and however big or small their problem may be I would urge them to try Kinesiology.
